By using this website and purchasing from My Jewellery Wardrobe, you agree to the following terms.

All prices are listed in NZD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Some items may take up to 6 business days if not currently in stock.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

All jewellery is subject to availability. In rare cases where an item is unavailable, we will contact you with alternatives or a refund.

Use of this website confirms acceptance of these terms.

📄 REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your jewellery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on sale items.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this for you with a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping across New Zealand.

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

If an item is not currently in stock, please allow up to 6 business days for dispatch. We will always ensure your order is sent as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Auckland Click & Collect

We offer free click & collect for Auckland customers. Simply select this option at checkout and collect once you receive confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services once parcels have been dispatched.

To maintain the beauty of your jewellery:

  • Store pieces separately to avoid scratching
  • Avoid contact with perfume, and chemicals
  • Remove jewellery before swimming or exercising
  • Polish silver gently with a soft cloth

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time, this is normal and can be cleaned.
